Every employee of the E-J team carries out their service task on a daily basis in a qualified and safe manner. All safety-relevant regulations and procedure, both person and technical, are continuously being improved: including regular safety inspections, staff training, safety bulletin and occupational safety measures additional to the legally mandated guidelines.

Advanced Cleaning Equipment

With the goal of being one of China’s most efficient tank container cleaning and servicing depot, E-J has fully equipped for internal and external cleaning of tank containers, IBC, tank lorries and all other intermodal equipment.

Modern cleaning equipment and spinners, coupled with reference chemical databases to give further information where needed, ensures rapid equipment turnaround with no major product restrictions. In addition to chemical cleaning bays, an isolated food tank operation was set up, equiped with water treatment equipment and steam sterilization system. Our full range of facility is capable to provide steam heating, hot water heating, electric heating plug and also cold water cooling.

Professional service, experienced staff and modern equipment coupled with the other depot services available within E-J, ensure that equipment can be cleaned and available for reuse in the fastest possible time.

Skilled Repair

Our staffs are qualified and skillful in repairing in cases of pitting, dent, weld-in flange, as well as work on foam insulation, frame, coating/lining of tank. Especially in accident tank repair, transfer between T11/T14 for liquid tank.

Each E-J depot is fully equipped to ensure that your equipment can be repaired and maintained. This may be as part of a planned preventative schedule, such as periodic test and inspection. Alternatively we are equipped for more urgent response, holding a wide range of spare materials and components in stock at each site offering a 24 hour call out service for emergency back up.
